Are all the carpets on your website available?
Yes, if you can visualise a carpet on our website it means that it is in stock and available in our warehouse. Feel free to contact us should you have any doubt.

Are the photos close to reality?
Photos are taken from different angles, showing all colours shades and textures. Photos are taken professionally and we always double check them, making sure that colours are as close to reality as possible. The type of screen you have might affect how the photos and colours are displayed. Please keep in mind that the colours of a carpet change depending on the type of light these are exposed to.

Do you have a store or exhibition that I could visit to view the carpet?
No, there is no store or exhibition where one can view our carpets. We only sell our carpets through our on-line shop, which is also where you can view them.

Do you have a catalogue for your carpets?
No, there is no catalogue for our carpets. Our collections are viewable exclusively on our website, which is constantly kept up to date. There is the possibility to search our website in an effective and quick way based on your needs. You can contact us anytime and we will be happy to assist you in choosing the right solutions for your space.   

Are all transactions done through your website secure?
The transactions on our website are secure and guaranteed by IWBank S.p.A., which also handles all credit card details used to make the payment. So Linea Tappeti Srl does not hold any detail. IWBank S.p.A uses the PROTOCOLLO SSL3 and 128bit  with a certificate issued by VeriSign. This protocol schedul that all credit card details travel ciphered from your computer to the Payment Gateway, allowing no one to trace and use these information.

How can I make the payment?
You can choose the method of payment that you prefer: debit card, credit card, Master Card, bank transfer or with cash on delivery.

How can I  review my order?
Once the order is placed, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation, including the total amount, the payment and the delivery address and all other information given. How can I cancel an order?

Is it possible to order different sizes from the ones on your website?
Unfortunately we do not have the possibility to produce our carpets in non standard sizes.

Do I have to pay the shipping costs?
If you are based in Italy all shipping costs are on us, which means a completely free shipping. If you are based anywhere else in Europe the shipping cost is only €9.90.

When will I receive the carpet?
The delivery time is between 24 and 48 hours for the majority of the Italian TERRITORIO. Please note that the delivery time is considered from when the goods leave the warehouse until it reaches 5the delivery address.

What if no one is at home when the parcel is delivered?
There must be someone at home when the parcel is delivered. If the delivery would result impossible, please contact us to change the delivery address and we will do our best to deliver the parcel as soon as possible.

Can I return the carpet/s?
Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your choice you can return the carpet. Please go to the Info – How to return for more information.

Are carpets safe while shipped?
All our carpets are folded inwards to avoid damages to the veil. Carpets are packed in a thick plastic sheet, sealed off with security tape.

Are you carpets washable?
Sure! Each product label says the way to clean and wash your carpet i.e. dry cleaning, hand washing, or with mix solutions of water and particular cleaning products, etc.
We suggest to avoid shaking out the carpet on its back, because this process could damage the weft and warp, creating a bad wave effect. Hovering too often can damage the pile too, unthreading it.
If you place your carpet under your furniture we suggest to change its position from time to time, to avoid marks left by heavy weights and to use all the surface of the carpet, not just one side.
