When you finish your shopping:

if you're a first-time customer, enter your personal data and whatever else is required to become a new client;
if you're a customer, simply add your code and password.
Once this procedure is followed, continue by entering your request and await confirmation of your order.
After you send your request, you will receive a personal e-mail that confirms your order with all info concerning acceptance.

In the interface appositely dedicated to your needs, you will find all services to help you in your purchases, such as:

checking the data of your present order, shipping costs, and purchase position;
requesting info on the state of your order, with shipment and estimated delivery dates;
requesting a sales return in case of shipment errors or damaged product/s;
organizing a historical archive of all your orders;
receiving information on our promotions;
contacting our staff for any problem encountered or to provide any suggestion or advice.
Promotion Regulations

If you buy more than € 150,00 you’ll receive a free bath or kitchen carpet.

If you buy more than € 250,00 you’ll receive two free bath or kitchen carpets; and you can dispose on € 25,00 to be used within 30 days from the date of purchase, for an order of € 250 or more.
